    • This product is maintenance free and has no gear transmission, solving the maintenance of traditional gearboxes.
    • The brushless DC aerator has low noise and a maximum efficiency of 90% for direct transmission. The intelligent variable frequency control saves more than 30% of electricity, greatly improving the low efficiency of traditional blade turbine gear transmission.
    • Especially in remote areas where the voltage is unstable, the asynchronous motor of a regular aerator cannot function properly (due to machine shutdown and burning). This product adopts a broadband electronic control mode, and the controller automatically converts frequency when the voltage is high or low, without affecting the oxygenation ability. The working voltage of 220V can range from 120V to 280V, and the working voltage of 380V can range from 220V to 500V, both of which can be used normally.
    • The 380V product power supply will not burn out even if there is a phase loss, and the aerator can still work normally.
    • The aerator adopts a slow start, and it can be used in fish, shrimp, crab, and seedling ponds without harm!
    • The controller is integrated, and the casing is designed with a water cooling tank to solve the problem of high module temperature. A waterproof cover is added inside the casing, and there is no lead out design for the controller power supply, so there is no place for water to enter. The power wiring is connected inside the control material casing to avoid leakage of external wire joints. The water level is simulated to be IP7, and the seal is made of mechanical oil seal, which does not allow water to enter.
    • The central flange bracket is made of PA material, the three floating balls are made of PE, and the connecting bracket is made of 304 stainless steel, which will not rust in seawater.
